I'm married to the only person I know who can handle my crazy ass and we have two beautiful little girls. I am a Marketing Director for a Mall (fun right??) by day...and Beachbody coach during all other waking hours ;)

I am passionate about health and fitness. It wasn't always the case (more on that here) but since taking control of my own health and well being...my life has changed in ways I would never have imagined. It makes me want to tell EVERYONE that they hold the key to making their life better than they ever imagined.
Coaching is my feel good hobby..I love helping people! Simple as that...it is such a rush to have someone tell me that I helped them reach their goals...I makes me giddy!
